Summer School 2012 - 5th Block ALSO

The end of school is near and it is time to register your child for summer school. Classes will fill quickly and we are only offering two field trips this year, so please get forms turned in early.
 
Summer School will be held from 10:00am to 1:00pm on:
  • June 4th through 7th,
  • June 11th through 14th,
  • July 9th through 12th, and
  • July 16th through 19th.

Tdap Immunization Information

The Illinois Department of Public Health is now requiring Tdap shots for all children entering 6th through 12th grades. Please read the attached document for more information, including the required concent and vaccine information form.
