East Richland Middle School, New and Improved
At the beginning of the 2009-2010 school year, after eight long months of construction, East Richland Middle School opened to students, vastly different in layout, design, and function compared to the previous year.
Many changes were made, including the replacement of the aging heating and air conditioning system, the complete restructuring of classroom layout, the addition of a student-and-public-use fitness center, and the installation of innovative classroom technology and a future-proof wired and wireless computer network.
